Responsibilities
As a project/product direct management
and operational decision-maker
Responsible for transforming and driving the company's future development in the United States.
Apply and deploy Huaping Group's lean enterprise values throughout the organization.
Responsible for eliminating waste
and creating value by reducing process
To achieve sustainable results across the entire organization and department.
Utilize continuous improvement techniques to initiate process improvement, shorten cycle time, reduce costs and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non value-added activities in the process.
Drive and implement the identified best practices according to the protocol schedule.
Create and validate processes/standards based
on standard work and business processes.
Conduct industrial engineering, lean, and 6 Sigma training
and accelerate the dissemination of lean continuous improvement culture throughout the organization through joint guidance and promotion of lean deployment.
Evaluate CIMT operations/supply chain/office
and drive measuresto narrow the gap.
Diligently participate in the selection
and execution of lean and Six Sigma projects.

Develop and propose lean strategic transformation for assigned special projects/niche markets/customer priorities.

Guide and promote lean transformation
activities through seminars and group activities.
Motivate the participation and training of our employees
suppliers, and customers.
Experience we are looking to add to our team
  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Must be able to direct direct projects based on business plans and customer needs.
  • Management skills and technical experience in finance, HR, materials and operations activities.
  • Demonstrate detailed expertise in complex situations and multiple areas.
  • Understand strategic impacts across site functions.
  • Ability to travel 20-25%
  • Strong automation background/implementation of automation.
  • Six Sigma and project management knowledge.
